Darmstadt agency Trivid GmbH is now set to acquire the business operations. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Following months of negotiations, a solution has been found for Parkwohnstift Bad Kissingen: Ambiente Care Süd GmbH will take over the operation of the retirement home from 1 January 2025. Nusser Textil GmbH, also headquartered in Westerheim, will acquire the business by way of an asset deal. Around half of the 23 employees will be kept on. The purchase agreement has already been signed. The economic transfer under this transaction is planned for 1 January 2025.
