Ulm-based bakery operation Staib will acquire one store in Erbach and a further two in the Kaufland hypermarkets in Laupheim and Langenau. Employees will receive job offers from Staib, a family-run business. Bäckerei Staib GmbH & Co. KG has been supported in the transaction by attorney Mr Armin Schneider from Biberach.
