PLUTA restructuring expert Patrick Meyerle secures future of digital and strategy agencies netgrade and datamints

12 May 2025 · Nuremberg · Business Area Insolvency Administration

As part of group insolvency proceedings, insolvency administrator Mr Patrick Meyerle from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has achieved a first major success in the restructuring effort: netgrade GmbH and datamints GmbH, two of the group’s four operating companies, have been transferred to two newly founded entities by way of an asset deal. With this investor solution, Mr Patrick Meyerle is ensuring both companies continue operating without any disruption to their activities. All 64 jobs have been saved.

A total of 37 jobs have been preserved at netgrade GmbH, which will operate under the name netgrade digital GmbH going forward, and 27 at datamints.com GmbH. The transaction was structured by the insolvency administrator and implemented in close consultation with investors, creditors and management.

“Future and jobs secured”

“With the outcome now achieved, we are securing the future of both companies and all jobs. I would like to thank all involved who have helped to keep the businesses operating over recent months,” said attorney Mr Patrick Meyerle, a PLUTA restructuring expert.

Founded in 2012, netgrade based in Würzburg is a digital agency that has consistently specialised in tailored search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine advertising (SEA) and technical website management. This expertise ensures it can meet all online marketing requirements for a range of customer projects. Web development agency datamints based in Penzberg became a wholly owned subsidiary of netgrade GmbH in 2022. Ever since, both teams have been delivering a one-stop offering of integrated online and e-commerce solutions with design, technology and marketing to numerous customers across two locations.

Further discussions ongoing with interested parties

“We are currently holding constructive discussions with several interested parties with regard to the remaining companies, seo2b GmbH and belboon GmbH. Here, too, our goal is to make long-term continuity solutions possible,” said Mr Patrick Meyerle. Efforts are currently underway to develop viable future prospects for these two group companies as well. The PLUTA team also includes business lawyer Mr Dino Eglinski (LL.M.).

The insolvency proceedings for the assets of netgrade GmbH and datamints GmbH were opened on 30 April 2025 by order of the Local Court of Nuremberg. The court appointed attorney Mr Patrick Meyerle from PLUTA as insolvency administrator in both proceedings. The proceedings are being carefully aligned with each other as part of a coordinated group restructuring in order to leverage synergies and create additional scope for action.

Managing directors Mr Dominik Klosa and Mr Robert Kolloch have welcomed the agreement and are very confident of returning both companies to growth.

Mr Dominik Klosa and Mr Robert Kolloch stated, “The solution found gives our team and our customers the certainty they need to plan. We would like to thank Mr Meyerle for the professional cooperation focused on finding a solution. The preservation of all jobs sends a strong signal – and we are now looking forward to continuing our work within the new structure.”
