PLUTA Restructuring Experts Buehler and Roeger sell Specialist Manufacturer of Exhaust Systems

The two insolvency administrators Mr Holger Christian Buehler and Mr Peter Roeger from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH have succeeded in finding an investor for the companies Per4mance Industries GmbH & Co KG and Per4mance Besitz GmbH & Co KG. The business operations and the facilities of the insolvent specialist manufacturer of exhaust systems were sold to a competitor in the same sector. The restructuring process was thus implemented as part of an asset deal, which became effective on 3 April 2018. All ten employees still working at the company were kept on by the new owner.

PLUTA Attorney Dr Thiemann appointed as Insolvency Administrator for Glückskäfer Reisen

Last week, the Local Court of Berlin-Charlottenburg opened insolvency proceedings for the assets of Glückskäfer Reisen GmbH. Dr Stephan Thiemann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been appointed as the administrator for the company, while he had previously acted as the provisional administrator since mid-January. Alongside Dr Thiemann, PLUTA’s team includes Ms Katja Alexander, Ms Ute Sambale, Mr Heinz-Joachim Hombach and Mr Stephan Gittel.

SHW Casting Technologies delivers Paper Roller weighing 66 Tons - PLUTA supports Debtor-in-Possession Proceedings

This week, SHW Casting Technologies in the Königsbronn works celebrated the completion of a particularly large order. The company delivered a paper roller weighing 66 tons to a Swiss customer. The paper roller is more than 10 metres long and has an external diameter of 1.4 metres. It will in future produce 2,000 metres of paper per minute.

The casting concerned was an 18-cylinder engine block for use in power stations to generate electricity, working with a power of 17 megawatts. Business of Glückskäfer Reisen to be shut dow

The business operations of the insolvent company Glückskäfer Reisen GmbH will unfortunately have to be shut down. All tours are thus cancelled with immediate effect. KG, a company which has been newly founded for this specific purpose by a local group of investors. The business operations and all employment relationships have been transferred to the buyer with effect from 1 January 2018. This means that all of the 43 jobs have been saved. Operation of the thermal bath has been handed over seamlessly to the new operating company.
