The Grimm family, which already runs the PIAZZA hotel and restaurant in Dinkelsbühl, will acquire the business by way of an asset deal and keep on all employees.

ROFU Kinderland Spielwarenhandelsgesellschaft mbH headquartered in Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, has filed for restructuring under debtor-in-possession proceedings. Following this, the Local Court of Idar-Oberstein ordered provisional proceedings on 19 January 2026.

Following an initial review, he has stated that the business will continue to operate without restriction.

Following the insolvency application of LiangDao GmbH, with locations in Munich and Berlin, Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH is working on a solution for the technology company. To this end, the PLUTA team has launched a structured process of finding an investor for the company, which focuses on software for 3D sensor solutions for autonomous driving and smart mobility applications.

Vynova Wilhelmshaven GmbH has filed for insolvency. On 12 December 2025, the Local Court of Wilhelmshaven ordered provisional insolvency administration for the company’s assets and appointed Dr Christian Kaufmann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional administrator.

Following the insolvency application of Golfclub Schloss Weitenburg AG, Mr Steffen Beck from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH is already holding discussions with potential investors. If necessary, a structured process of finding an investor will be initiated at a later stage.

Restructuring expert Mr Georg Jakob Stemshorn from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has achieved a solution in the insolvency proceedings for C&S Computer und Software GmbH.

Insolvency administrator Mr Steffen Beck from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has announced positive news for the Friedrichshafen and Tettnang healthcare centres: the creditors unanimously approved the respective insolvency plans last Friday. This means the decisive final hurdle has been cleared in both insolvency proceedings, which will be terminated at the end of the year. The healthcare centres will be able to make a fresh start at the beginning of 2026 as planned.

On 3 December 2025, the Local Court of Augsburg (insolvency court) appointed attorney Mr Georg Jakob Stemshorn from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional insolvency administrator for Scoop Herford Hotelbetriebs GmbH. The company operates the IntercityHotel in Herford. Restructuring expert Mr Stemshorn and attorney Dr André Wehner, his PLUTA colleague, are working with great urgency to stabilise the hotel’s financial situation.

Attorney Mr Ilkin Bananyarli from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has initiated the process of finding an investor for Teknia Stuttgart GmbH. The automotive supplier from Mahlstetten in Baden-Württemberg only recently filed for insolvency. On 20 November 2025, the Local Court of Rottweil then ordered provisional insolvency administration for the company’s assets and appointed Mr Ilkin Bananyarli as provisional administrator. He is being supported in the proceedings by business lawyer Mr Franco W. Caputo.

Kreiskliniken Dillingen-Wertingen gGmbH has been successfully restructured under protective shield proceedings, with creditors having approved its insolvency plan by a large majority and without any dissenting votes. The PLUTA team under chief restructuring officer Dr Maximilian Pluta, which drew up the insolvency plan, has therefore achieved a very welcome outcome. The discussion and voting meeting was held today, 8 December 2025, at the Local Court of Nördlingen.

In the insolvency proceedings concerning the estate of the operator of the Central-Apotheke pharmacy in Schwäbisch Gmünd, insolvency administrator Mr Michael Pluta from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has achieved a follow-up solution effective 1 December 2025, despite difficult conditions. Schaal Apotheken OHG has acquired the business and will keep on all 22 staff.

The Auerswald ICT group has been successful in restructuring as a debtor in possession. LongTec Holding AG has acquired Auerswald’s operations by way of an asset deal effective 1 December 2025. Around 80 employees will be kept on. The Cremlingen site and the Auerswald brand will be maintained.

Management at Mocopinus GmbH & Co. KG has filed for the initiation of provisional debtor-in-possession insolvency proceedings with the Local Court of Ulm, as the competent insolvency court. The court has assented to the company’s application and ordered provisional debtor-in-possession proceedings. Mocopinus will continue operating during the proceedings under the supervision of attorney Mr Georg Jakob Stemshorn (PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH) in his capacity as court-appointed provisional insolvency monitor. Management remains in charge, has full authority to act and is actively shaping the restructuring process.

MW GmbH has filed for insolvency. On 24 November 2025, the Local Court of Ingolstadt ordered provisional insolvency administration for the assets of the Ingolstadt-based mechanical engineering business and appointed Mr Daniel Barth from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional administrator.

Attorney Mr Christoph Chrobok from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has achieved a good result in the insolvency proceedings for SRG - Schrottservice Ruhr GmbH (previously: Recuperma Service GmbH). KISA GmbH from Kamp-Lintfort has acquired the company’s assets. Individual employees have been offered new employment with KISA.

Caritasverband für das Dekanat Bocholt e.V. (‘CV Bocholt’ for short) filed for provisional debtor-in-possession proceedings yesterday with the Local Court of Münster (as the competent court), which has already approved the application. During these proceedings, the association’s president will retain operational responsibility and all authority to act and issue instructions.

On 17 November 2025, Wilhelm Weber GmbH & Co. KG filed for debtor-in-possession insolvency with the Local Court of Esslingen, as the competent insolvency court. Dr Sebastian Mielke, a partner with Menold Bezler, has been named restructuring officer. The court has appointed attorney Mr Steffen Beck from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional insolvency monitor. He will monitor the proceedings while representing the interests of creditors.

Ketteler Krankenhaus gemeinnützige GmbH has initiated in-court restructuring proceedings as a debtor in possession to equip itself for the future. The aim of the proceedings is to ensure the hospital’s long-term financial stability and sustainably improve the provision of medical services in Offenbach. The Local Court of Offenbach has approved the application and ordered provisional debtor-in-possession proceedings.

The association Familienferiendorf Hübingen e.V. has filed for insolvency. On 30 October 2025, the Local Court of Montabaur ordered provisional insolvency administration for the association’s assets. Mr Philip Konen from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been appointed provisional administrator.

On 11 November 2025, the Local Court of Amberg ordered provisional insolvency administration for the assets of Uplifter GmbH & Co. KG and appointed attorney Mr Daniel Barth from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional administrator.

The PLUTA team has found a follow-up solution for the third location (Bavarian Forest) in the debtor-in-possession proceedings for erlebnistage gGmbH. This means that all three locations will be maintained. Solutions had already been found for the Harz Mountains and Lake Schwerin sites.

Organic artisan bakery ‘32° | Die Werkstatt für Genuss’ located at Moritzplatz in Augsburg can continue operating: provisional insolvency administrator Mr Georg Stemshorn from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has announced that he has found a follow-up solution. Experienced bakery entrepreneur Mr André Heuck is to acquire the business of the associated operating company Panemano GmbH.
