Maximilian Wanko

Mr Maximilian Wanko (Master of Laws, LL.M.) has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH at the northern Bavarian offices in Bayreuth, Nuremberg and Würzburg since 2016. Mr Wanko has successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer course for insolvency and restructuring law and also has in-depth business management expertise in the field of restructuring, which he has acquired through his studies and practical experience.

Mr Wanko's practice focuses on the restructuring and continuation of companies in both self-administration and regular insolvency proceedings. Mr Wanko has extensive experience in managing numerous corporate insolvencies of various sizes and from a wide range of industries. He focuses in particular on the areas of alternative energies, production, catering, automotive trade, automotive as well as wholesale and retail. He also specialises in determining and drafting insolvency-specific claims.
