Kolbus is set to continue under fresh ownership come the new year, with a deal in place that will see the manufacturer emerge from debtor-in-possession proceedings. Stefan Meyer from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been named insolvency monitor to oversee the proceedings, the continuation of business operations and the M&A process.
