EIOPA provides initial information to policyholders affected by FWU AG’s insolvency

German holding company FWU AG has gone into insolvency and many policyholders have questions and are wondering what to do. With this note, EIOPA provides an initial overview of the current situation and some considerations for policyholders. The Local Court of Munich has appointed attorney Ivo-Meinert Willrodt from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional insolvency administrator.
