The temporary insolvency administrator Mr. Pluta will pay travel agency commissions for new bookings from the insolvency estate

nicko cruises, the Stuttgart-based specialist for river cruises, will pay travel agencies the commission agreed for new bookings from 6 May. This decision has been taken by the company’s temporary insolvency administrator, Mr. Michael Pluta.

Since 5 May, all claims that the business partners have against the company are being treated pursuant to insolvency law. The claims to payment of commissions which have arisen before that date will also be dealt with as part of the insolvency proceedings. In this context, following the opening of insolvency proceedings, the insolvency administrator will send an information letter to the business partners requesting them to file their claims for inclusion in the insolvency schedule.

nicko cruises intends to ensure that their trips be started up to and including 18 May 2015. The temporary insolvency administrator, Mr. Michael Pluta, is confident that it will also be possible to carry out future trips.
