The creditors of KEP Transporte Andreas Tress benefit from an insolvency quota of 31.8%

18 July 2014 · Ulm · Business Area Insolvency Administration

In the insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of Andreas Tress, the owner of KEP Transporte, Mr. Florian Zistler, attorney-at-law at the law firm PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, was able to make a distribution to the creditors from the insolvency estate. The sum disbursed is in the medium six-digit range and corresponds to an insolvency quota of 31.8 %. In particular, it has been possible to increase the insolvency estate by successfully enforcing the existing rights to restitution.

The forwarder had shut down its operations headquartered in Neu-Ulm, Germany, in August 2008. At the beginning of October 2013, the Neu-Ulm Local Court appointed Florian Zistler as the special administrator for the final settlement of the insolvency proceedings. “I am pleased, that we managed to achieve such a high quota for the creditors, despite the complex circumstances of this case,” said Zistler.
