Download as PDFThe provisional insolvency administrator Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has together with his team taken important steps in the proceedings for the assets of SiWo-Bau GmbH.
In the past few days, initial measures have been implemented. For example, an application for the pre-financing of insolvency substitute benefits has been filed. As a result, the staff will receive these benefits at an earlier point in time – subject to the approval of the Federal Employment Agency.
Mr Helmuth Rauscher has been appointed as the new managing director and is responsible for business operations with immediate effect.
The members of the PLUTA team have written to approximately 400 building contractors. Access to the information available and to the plans in the IT systems has had to be regulated in the past few days. This was an extremely extensive process due to the complexity of the proceedings. Furthermore, the people responsible have full access to all the data concerning the building projects now that all the aspects involving the data protection law have been scrutinised and clarified. In the coming days, the restructuring experts will check the current status of the individual projects together with those responsible.
