Frankfurt skyscraper owner files for insolvency as property crisis grips

The owner of a prominent skyscraper in Germany's banking capital of Frankfurt has filed for insolvency. The competent local court ordered provisional insolvency administration for the company’s assets and appointed Dr. Stephan Laubereau from PLUTA as the provisional administrator.
