Download as PDFGravenbrucher Kreis e. V. has admitted Mr Stefan Meyer, managing partner of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, as a new member. Mr Stefan Meyer becomes the nineteenth active member of this association comprising Germany’s top national insolvency administrators and restructuring experts.
“Gravenbrucher Kreis has gained a highly experienced insolvency and restructuring expert with Mr Stefan Meyer. His expertise and perspectives will add significant value to the group’s work,” said Mr Stefan Denkhaus, Chair of Gravenbrucher Kreis, commenting on the new admission.
Mr Stefan Meyer is a partner at the PLUTA law firm, where he also heads up the Bielefeld, Essen, Lübbecke, Münster, Osnabrück and Paderborn branch offices. He is an attorney for general law, a specialist attorney for insolvency and restructuring law, a qualified bank clerk and a lecturer at the University of Münster. In addition to many other proceedings, he has been involved as an insolvency administrator, insolvency monitor or restructuring expert in the insolvency proceedings for TuS Nettelstedt GmbH (top German professional handball league), the MAG Metz Group, Wellemöbel GmbH, the Teilzeit Thiele Group, GERRY WEBER AG, Leysieffer GmbH & Co. KG, Flughafen Paderborn/Lippstadt GmbH, FRIMO (Group) GmbH, AWO Arbeiterwohlfahrt OWL e. V. and SIGNA Sports United GmbH.
