Marcus Katholing appointed co-managing director of PLUTA Management GmbH

Mr Marcus Katholing was appointed managing director of PLUTA Management GmbH on 2 July 2020. The restructuring expert, who has worked for PLUTA since 2009, has supported many major companies and SMEs in restructuring and M&A processes and debtor-in-possession proceedings. He is regularly appointed interim manager and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) and implements restructuring measures in these roles. Mr Katholing is a graduate in business administration and qualified bank clerk and has extensive expertise in insolvency law.

PLUTA Management GmbH supports and advises companies engaged in restructuring in order to help them to achieve economically and financially rational results within a short period of time.
