Further expansion of the BTG Global Advisory international network

PLUTA has been a member of BTG Global Advisory – an international network of restructuring and insolvency experts – for several years. The group has extended its global presence with an office in Mexico: two network members based in the USA and Brazil have partnered to open B. Riley Advisory Services de Mexico.

ftt partners from Russia has also joined the network. This consultancy, which offers advisory services for transactions and M&A, turnaround and restructuring processes, focuses on medium-sized enterprises in Russia. The company, founded in 2014, has extensive experience in industries such as agribusiness, retail, transportation and aviation.

Through the cooperation with BTG Global Advisory, PLUTA can offer advisory services across several countries. The network consists of ten partners from the USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and South Africa. Restructuring expert Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt, who coordinates PLUTA’s activities in the network, explained: “I am delighted with the steady expansion of our international network. At PLUTA, we benefit greatly from having partners all over the world. All members are excellent players in their respective markets.”

BTG Global Advisory (BTG GA) is a network of independent insolvency and restructuring firms. The group offers tailored solutions for companies in crisis situations. Its broad spectrum of services includes, among other things, restructuring consultancy services, insolvency administration, workout and M&A transactions and forensic investigation.
