Northern Helicopter snaps up Wiking’s harbour pilot unit, but crew-change business to close

Restructuring expert Dr. Christian Kaufmann handling the administration of Germany’s Wiking Helikopter Service found a buyer for part of the firm. Northern Helicopter GmbH, based in Emden, is taking over several activities of the helicopter flight operator. Around 50 employees will be kept on. Numerous trade portals informed about the solution.
