Dr. Christian Kaufmann is a lawyer and specialist solicitor for bankruptcy law. He studied law and economics in Bayreuth and Salzburg.

Since November 2015, Dr. Christian Kaufmann has been Managing Director and shareholder of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as well as branch manager of the PLUTA branches in Bremen and Oldenburg as well as deputy branch manager of the PLUTA branch in Hanover.

His main areas of activity are the restructuring and continuation of companies in self-administration and regular insolvency proceedings. In addition, Dr. Kaufmann advises in restructuring mandates and is available as restructuring director (CRO) especially in self-administration proceedings.

Dr. Kaufmann lectures and publishes regularly on insolvency law topics, in particular the restructuring of companies in the insolvency proceedings.
