Download as PDFMr Steffen Beck from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has stated that the gynaecology practice in Kressbronn will also be preserved as part of the insolvency proceedings for MVZ Tettnang GmbH. Dr Maren Münster, the resident gynaecologist, will take on the healthcare centre’s statutory health insurance contract for the relevant services and continue operating the gynaecology practice at the present location in Kressbronn from January 2026.
This will ensure the ongoing provision of medical care at this facility as well. The PLUTA team has therefore achieved follow-up solutions for all three locations of Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum GmbH at Friedrichshafen Hospital and of MVZ Tettnang GmbH.
“I am pleased that we have also reached an agreement for the gynaecology practice in Kressbronn. This is really good news for all patients, whose ongoing care is ensured,” said insolvency administrator Mr Steffen Beck. He is handling the insolvency proceedings for both healthcare centres with support from attorney Mr Florian Schiller.
The practice offers extensive gynaecology and obstetrics services. Dr Münster is also a specialist in gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine and will continue to provide care for women with hormonal imbalances, those trying to conceive and pregnant patients at the practice in Kressbronn.
Dr Münster has already been working at the practice in Kressbronn since 2011. Initially, this was alongside her father, Dr Dirk Schmidt, who founded the practice in that same location in 1982. When the practice was absorbed into MVZ Tettnang GmbH in 2014, Dr Münster became medical director. She is therefore deeply committed to seeing the practice successfully maintained in the same premises – at Hemigkofener Strasse 18 in Kressbronn. The medical team, which also comprises Dr Lena Hansen, remains on hand to care for patients at the practice.
The contract has already been signed and is subject to approval by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Baden-Württemberg (KVBW). Dr Münster has been advised on the acquisition through insolvency by attorney Mr Robin Hezel from HEZEL HANCKE PARTNER, a law firm that specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency administration.
Dr Münster is delighted that she and her team can maintain the practice as usual and ensure patients in Kressbronn and the surrounding area continue to have access to the same level of medical care.
