Steffen Beck

Steffen Beck is an attorney, Managing Partner of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH and Managing Director of PLUTA Management GmbH. Prior to this, he successfully managed Beck Rechtsanwälte, a law firm that he founded in 2006.

For more than 20 years, Steffen Beck has been regularly appointed as the insolvency administrator in proceedings of all sizes. In addition to this activity, he is active as a consultant in the areas of crisis and restructuring management as well as insolvency law for SMEs. He regularly gives talks on insolvency law, for example as a lecturer at Sparkassenverband Baden Württemberg. Furthermore, as a member of the Supervisory and Advisory Board, he provides various SMEs with support and advice on planning and implementing targets. Thanks to his involvement as the Federal and State Chairman of the Wirtschaftsrat Deutschland e.V. (German Economic Council), Steffen Beck is constantly exchanging information and ideas with active board members and drivers of innovation from the political and economic world.
