Managing director Mr Michael Mödinger emphasised, “The business is continuing to operate as normal and all orders are being met. We are still there for our customers. Our team is motivated and we hope to preserve our business.”
The provisional insolvency administrator launched the process of finding an investor this week with a view to achieving a sustainable continuation solution. The goal during the proceedings is to attain a financially viable outcome that is in the interests of all concerned.
PLUTA attorney Mr Florian Zistler said, “We have managed to stabilise the business in the past few days. The talks with customers and suppliers have been encouraging. We are now focusing on finding an investor.” Mr Zistler is being supported in the proceedings by business lawyer Mr Dennis Stroh.
