PLUTA attorney Ilkin Bananyarli seeks investor for automotive supplier Teknia Stuttgart GmbH

5 February 2026 · Stuttgart, Germany · Business Area Insolvency Administration

The Local Court of Rottweil ordered insolvency proceedings for the assets of Teknia Stuttgart GmbH and appointed Mr Ilkin Bananyarli from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as administrator on 1 February 2026.

Despite the proceedings having been opened, the automotive supplier is still fully operational and all existing orders are being fulfilled as usual. Insolvency administrator Mr Ilkin Bananyarli has held very good discussions with customers in recent months and they remain supportive of the efforts to maintain the business. The company employs around 100 people. Their salaries will now be covered by ongoing business revenue again.

The PLUTA team is working on a long-term solution for the automotive supplier. M&A experts at SGP Schneider Geiwitz Corporate Finance have been commissioned to conduct the process of finding an investor.

Mr Ilkin Bananyarli said, “As a first step, we have been able to successfully stabilise the business operations since it filed for insolvency. The customers remain committed and orders are stable. We are now focused on the search for an investor. The company needs an investor for the future.” The specialist attorney is being supported in the proceedings by business lawyer Mr Franco W. Caputo.
