Dr. Kaufmann is the temporary insolvency administrator of S + T Sicherheit und Technik

S + T Sicherheit und Technik GmbH & Co. KG filed for the opening of insolvency proceedings concerning its assets at Bremen Local Court. By decision of 1 July 2014, the court ordered temporary insolvency proceedings and appointed the attorney Dr. Christian Kaufmann as the temporary insolvency administrator of the company and the limited liability company that acts as its general partner.

S + T Sicherheit und Technik GmbH & Co. KG is a Stark Group company and is active throughout Germany. Its services include the surveillance and protection of commercial and private properties. The main reasons for filing for insolvency are the economic problems of the Stark Group. The company currently employs 30 staff.

Business operations are at present being continued, which has been agreed by the temporary insolvency administrator. Dr. Kaufmann, an attorney at PLUTA, is currently studying the company’s economic situation, together with possible options for its reorganisation.

“It is our aim to offer the company a perspective for continued operation and to preserve as many jobs as possible. I am confident that we will soon be able to find a solution for the future operation of the business of S + T Sicherheit und Technik GmbH & Co. KG. First discussions are already being held with investors“, said Dr. Kaufmann.
