The management of Karlie Group GmbH submitted an application to institute insolvency proceedings under self-administration. The company is receiving support from the lawyers and restructuring experts Dr Maximilian Pluta and Stefan Meyer.

The German bedroom furniture manufacturer NolteD applied for insolvency protection proceedings under its own administration. Stefan Meyer was named interim administrator.

With its decision of 1 April 2016, the Local Court of Munich appointed the restructuring expert Mr. Stephan Ammann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the provisional insolvency administrator.

Insolvency administrator Dr. Martin Prager from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has fully satisfied the claims of all the creditors of TACO Kunststofftechnik GmbH.

Insolvency administrator Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has achieved an investor solution for Straubinger Metallbau GmbH and 18 employees will be kept on.
