Simon Eickmann

Simon Eickmann is financial advisor to companies in restructuring and bankruptcy. He studied business administration in Bayreuth, Beijing and Hamburg focusing on finance, accounting and controlling.

He is specialized on integrated financial modeling, direct cash flow forecasts and restructuring plans. Simon’s practice focuses on out-of-court restructurings and debtor-in-possession proceedings. Additionally, he has successfully led numerous transaction advisory projects (sell-side and buy-side advisory, financial and commercial due diligence).

Besides his nationwide activity, he has gained considerable experience in international restructuring projects. During a one-year-secondment to B. Riley Financial in Atlanta and New York (member of the international network BTG Global Advisory) he could further gain substantial experience of the restructuring practice in the US.

Simon serves as member of the International Committee at ABI (American Bankruptcy Institute) and is part of the NextGen cohort 2023 of AmCham Germany (American Chamber of Commerce in Germany). He is also member of TMA (Turnaround Management Association, Atlanta) and serves as a financial expert at IDLO (International Development Law Organization).
