Lara Nestle

Lara Nestle has been working in the area of restructuring since the beginning of 2024.

She studied law at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and has extensive experience in the areas of controlling and liquidity management from various functions (most recently Head of Corporate Controlling) in an internationally operating, listed company.

During the Corona pandemic, she accompanied the group from the earnings crisis and financial imbalance through a reorganisation report in accordance with IDW S6, insolvency filings for several companies, the sales process and closing to the restructuring after the takeover by an investor.

She specialises in particular in liquidity and corporate planning as well as M&A processes.
