Mr. Georg Jakob Stemshorn is the Manager of the Augsburg branch of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH and an officially appointed insolvency administrator. The focal points of his activities are insolvency administration, insolvency proceedings involving assets in several countries and insolvency monitoring (debtor-in-possession and “protective shield” proceedings).
Georg is a German qualified attorney and Master of Laws (European Private Law). He was born in Ulm, Germany, and studied at the University of Constance (Germany), Universiteit van Amsterdam (Netherlands) and at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (People's Republic of China). He completed the mandatory preparatory service for trainee lawyers in Frankfurt am Main, including stages in Prague, London and New Delhi. Since 2008 he has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, first in Frankfurt am Main and now since 2012 in Augsburg.
