PLUTA moves to new Offices in Milan

PLUTA Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (Studio Legale) has moved to its new premises in Milan. The branch office is as of now located in Via G.C. Merlo 1 in the city centre of Italy’s financial capital. The change in the address is accompanied by a change in the phone and fax numbers.

Since 2001, the experts at the Milan branch office have been providing their clients with support in the areas of insolvency administration, legal advice as well as restructuring and turning around companies. “Many national and international companies are based in Milan. The new premises provide us with the ideal basis for continuing our successful course,” said the branch manager, Prof. Alessandro P. Scarso. In 2015, the journal Lawyer Monthly gave PLUTA the award of Restructuring Company of the Year in Italy.
