Jutta Rüdlin to join PLUTA with her team

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH is set to strengthen its presence in North Hesse from October 2025. Attorney Ms Jutta Rüdlin will move to PLUTA from BRRS with her ten-person team based in Melsungen, from where she will head up the new PLUTA office in North Hesse, starting 1 October 2025. Going forward, the Melsungen team will work closely with their PLUTA colleagues in Hanover. In addition, the restructuring experts will operate jointly at PLUTA’s present location in Erfurt.

After around 25 years in medium-sized law firms, the BRRS partner has decided to take her career in a fresh direction once again and gain experience in a new environment. She parts ways with BRRS by mutual agreement after many years of exciting and successful collaboration. In addition to Ms Jutta Rüdlin, attorneys Dr Katrin Schulte and Mr Götz Fuhrmann-Rüdlin will join PLUTA in October 2025.

Ms Jutta Rüdlin said, “After many productive years as a partner at the HENNINGSMEIER and BRRS law firms, I have again decided to pursue a new professional challenge and join PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH along with my team. PLUTA has been expanding its restructuring operations for many years. In addition to handling regular insolvency cases, I will also provide support for debtor-in-possession restructuring proceedings. This is a new opportunity and I am excited to bring my experience to bear within the interdisciplinary team at PLUTA.”

The experienced attorney is regularly appointed by the courts of North Hesse as an expert assessor, insolvency administrator and insolvency monitor. She is a Member of the Executive Board of the Registered Association of Insolvency Administrators of Germany (VID) and a member of the corporate restructuring expert committee of the German Association of Management Consultancies (BDU). The attorney is also a member of the Distressed Ladies – Women in Restructuring e.V. network. Ms Jutta Rüdlin has co-chaired VID’s business administration committee with PLUTA attorney Mr Torsten Gutmann for several years.
