This meant she graduated first in her year in Koblenz. Throughout the higher regional court district, which encompasses the regional court districts of Bad Kreuznach, Koblenz, Mainz and Trier, the PLUTA employee emerged as one of the top three graduates.
PLUTA attaches great importance to the dual training system and offers apprenticeships in several professions at various locations. The company provides excellent development opportunities for employees through its training programme. Attorney Mrs Sylvia Kalbitzer, who heads up the Koblenz branch, said, “We offer our junior staff a varied training programme. Our trainees can take on a wide range of activities. This pays off. You have to be an attractive employer if you wish to retain employees in the long term.”
