PLUTA expert Frank Mößle achieves follow-up solution for company providing support for daily living

Business management expert Mr Frank Mößle from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, in his capacity as insolvency administrator for ReWa GmbH, die Alltagsbegleitung, has found an investor for the company that provides support for daily living. Nursing service Pflegedienst Westerwald Markus Forneck GmbH has acquired the business effective 1 January 2021.

The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The follow-up solution achieved means that all 18 jobs have been saved. ReWa GmbH’s employees provide household-related services to people who require assistance.

They remained motivated and loyal even after the company had filed for insolvency and have played their part in the success of the takeover. On 1 November 2020, the Local Court of Montabaur opened insolvency proceedings for the assets of ReWa GmbH, die Alltagsbegleitung and appointed business management expert Mr Frank Mößle from PLUTA as insolvency administrator. Mr Mößle had previously acted as provisional administrator for the company.
