Business management expert Mr Frank Mößle from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, in his capacity as insolvency administrator for ReWa GmbH, die Alltagsbegleitung, has found an investor for the company that provides support for daily living. Nursing service Pflegedienst Westerwald Markus Forneck GmbH has acquired the business effective 1 January 2021.
The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The follow-up solution achieved means that all 18 jobs have been saved. ReWa GmbH’s employees provide household-related services to people who require assistance.
“I am delighted with the investor solution achieved for the company. The employees do very important work in our society – especially in these times. They remained motivated and loyal even after the company had filed for insolvency and have played their part in the success of the takeover. In spite of the economic challenges, my team and I have been able to find the best possible solution for the business,” said PLUTA restructuring expert Mr Mößle. The employees have welcomed the successful transaction and thanked the PLUTA team.
