PLUTA attorney Patrick Meyerle finds investor for performance marketing provider belboon

Insolvency administrator Mr Patrick Meyerle from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has found an additional solution in the insolvency proceedings for a corporate group. Following the sale of netgrade GmbH and datamints GmbH, the attorney has also secured an investor for belboon GmbH based in Berlin. Affiliprint Deutschland GmbH, a competitor and part of the Linehub Group, has acquired the business by way of an asset deal.

belboon GmbH filed for insolvency in early April 2025. The proceedings were opened in late May and Mr Patrick Meyerle was appointed insolvency administrator (having already been acting as provisional administrator for the company). The business remained fully operational and an M&A process was initiated. This was successfully concluded effective 28 May 2025. The new owner has kept on 16 employees. A total of 80 jobs have been saved through the three transactions.

belboon GmbH offers multimedia and Internet services. The performance marketing specialist will benefit from a larger international network and an enhanced marketing offering as a result of the takeover. The Daisycon affiliate network is already part of Linehub and is strengthening its position in the German market with this development. The new structure will allow belboon to continue to provide its services at the usual high standard – supported by the stability and size of Daisycon and Linehub. Customers will keep their familiar contacts and systems while gaining access to a broader, more international affiliate network.
