Wolfram Fünder

Wolfram Fünder has been responsible for the holistic management of sophisticated commercial real estate portfolios for 25 years as a senior advisor in the field of real estate asset management. His core competencies include tenant management, leasing management, property controlling, cost management, maintenance planning, as well as the identification of risks and value enhancement potential, the repositioning of properties and the implementation of renovation and modernisation measures.

We are delighted that he will now be contributing his project experience, which he gained with large institutional investors, fund companies and family offices and which also includes supporting transaction processes, developing business plans and property budgets, cash flow management and liquidity planning, to Pluta.

Mr Fünder has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH in the Hamburg office in the restructuring and reorganisation division since July 2025.
