Thomas Guhr is a lawyer and has worked for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH since June 2020. He studied law at the University of Bielefeld and completed his legal clerkship at the local district court. During his legal clerkship, Mr. Guhr already gained first practical experience in the field of insolvency law. Subsequently, Mr. Guhr worked for several years in a national insolvency law firm. He worked on insolvency proceedings in a wide range of industries and sizes; restructuring and continuation of operations were also part of his field of activity.
