Paul Dreher

Paul Dreher is a business economist who has been successfully assisting companies with reorganizations and restructurings for many years. He studied business administration in St. Gallen and Moscow with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling as well as corporate restructuring in Heidelberg.

Mr. Dreher specializes in the preparation and auditing of integrated corporate planning and direct liquidity planning as well as the conception and implementation of financial and operational restructurings. His consulting focus is on medium-sized companies in special situations, particularly in the consumer goods and retail sectors. He concentrates on out-of-court restructurings and insolvency proceedings under self-administration. In addition, Mr. Dreher has extensive experience in M&A transactions and finance transformation programs.
