Dr Oliver Liersch is primarily active as chief restructuring officer (CRO) and general agent in out-of-court restructuring projects and debtor-in-possession proceedings. In addition, he regularly supports clients inside and outside court in matters involving liability and contestation of transactions. He has many years of experience as an insolvency administrator, which he brings to bear in restructuring cases. Moreover, having previously held the position of State Secretary for Economic Affairs, he has extensive knowledge of the rules by which state subsidies are granted to companies in crisis situations.
