Marc Selker has been admitted to the bar since 2013 and has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as an appointed insolvency administrator at various insolvency courts in north-western Germany since 2025. Mr Selker previously worked for around nine years as an insolvency administrator for a law firm specialising in insolvency administration and restructuring. As a specialist lawyer for insolvency law, he has successfully handled numerous insolvency proceedings and has many years of experience in the reorganisation and restructuring of companies. Mr Selker is a member of the Working Group for Insolvency Law and Restructuring of the German Bar Association, among other organisations.
