Cosima König-Mancini

Attorney Cosima König-Mancini was admitted to the bar in 2016 and joined the German team and PLUTA's Italian Desk in 2024.

As an experienced M&A lawyer, she advises companies and investors on complex national and cross-border transactions. Before joining PLUTA, she worked for eight years at a leading international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf and Milan.

Mrs. König-Mancini's specialization includes cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and corporate law issues. She has particular expertise in advising international investors on the acquisition of German target companies as well as on the structuring and implementation of international joint ventures.

In addition to her transaction advisory work, Mrs. König-Mancini also represents companies and shareholders in commercial and corporate law disputes - both in and out of court.

Thanks to her fluency in German, Italian and English and her cultural roots in Italy, she brings valuable expertise and a deep understanding of the bilateral economic relations between Germany and Italy. Mrs. König-Mancini is admitted to the bar in Germany and listed in Italy as an "Avvocato Stabilito" with the Milan Bar Association.
