PLUTA – a Dynamic Enterprise

The PLUTA branch office in Stuttgart is now located in the city centre. The restructuring experts and attorneys have moved to the Volksbank building at Börsenstrasse 3, 70174 Stuttgart. More than 30 employees are working across three floors in modern and completely renovated offices.

Stuttgart-based attorney Mr Ilkin Bananyarli has been named partner at PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH. The restructuring expert has many years of experience in restructuring and preserving companies and is regularly appointed insolvency administrator by regional courts.

WirtschaftsWoche, a leading German business magazine, regularly recognises Germany’s best law firms and attorneys in the field of insolvency and corporate restructuring. PLUTA has again been listed as a top law firm in 2019, while five PLUTA restructuring experts have been ranked among the finest legal professionals.

Mr Sebastian Laboga, a renowned insolvency law expert operating throughout Germany, will join the restructuring company PLUTA at the end of the year. Together with his team, he will be active on behalf of PLUTA throughout the Ruhr region as well as at the Berlin branch office in his role as a managing partner. PLUTA is thus further consolidating their market position as part of their expansion strategy.
