PLUTA – a Dynamic Enterprise

The restructuring experts of PLUTA are now conveniently located in Oldenburg close to the main station. The PLUTA branch in Oldenburg was founded in 2012 and can now be found at the following address: Alter Stadthafen 3 A, 26122 Oldenburg. Telephone and fax numbers remain the same.

In addition to the central location, the new residential and service area between the old city harbor and the main station provides the team with the necessary modern technical equipment.

As of now, business partners can reach the PLUTA branch Hallbergmoos under the new address: Am Söldnermoos 17, 85399 Hallbergmoos. PLUTA’s branch in Hallbergmoos was founded in 2007 and now moved to a larger accommodation in the Airport Business Centre (ABC). Phone and fax numbers remain unchanged.

Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt, a Managing Director and Partner of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, was elected the Vice-President of the European Insolvency Practitioners Association (EIP) at the last meeting in October. The EIP was founded in 2016 as the European umbrella organisation for insolvency administrators and restructuring experts. The organisation aims at representing the interests of the industry in Brussels.

The PLUTA branch in Cologne is now available under new telephone and fax numbers. The team under the direction of Stefan Conrads and Dr. Ruth Rigol can be contacted by phone at +49 221 6695203 - 0 and by fax at +49 221 6695203 - 99. The familiar address has not changed: the branch office is located at 192 Amsterdamer Strasse in Cologne. It can still be reached by e-mail at koeln@pluta.net.

This year, the journal Global Restructuring Review (GRR) has once more included PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH in their TOP 100 list of internationally operating restructuring firms. The GRR 100 list was first published in 2017.

Dr Ruth Rigol and her three-member team have moved to PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH with effect from 1 July 2018. She will be in charge of the Cologne branch office together with the attorney Mr Stefan Conrads.

As from Tuesday, May 15, 2018, business partners will reach the PLUTA branch in Bad Kreuznach at the new location at John-F.-Kennedy-Straße 26, 55543 Bad Kreuznach. Telephone and fax numbers remain unchanged.
The PLUTA branch Mannheim was relocated to Hermsheimer Straße 7, 68163 Mannheim, at the beginning of March – just a few steps away from the previous address. Again, the known telephone and fax numbers continue to function.

Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt has joined the management team of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH and, in this new role, is responsible for the branch offices in Munich, Hallbergmoos, Nuremberg, Würzburg, Regensburg and Bayreuth with immediate effect.
