PLUTA – a Dynamic Enterprise

Dr. Christian Kaufmann has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as an attorney for general law and an attorney specialising in insolvency law since 2011. He is responsible for the Bremen and Oldenburg branch offices. Mr. Áticus Ocaña has been working for PLUTA since 2013 and is responsible for the branch offices in Madrid, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The international network BTG Global Advisory, of which PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been a member for many years, is still growing. The latest member is the French company Zalis SAS, which specialises in restructuring and turnaround management. Now the network of independent insolvency and restructuring companies has seven members worldwide.

Yet again, the magazine Focus has included PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH among the top business law firms in Germany in the field of insolvency and restructuring, as can been seen from the current 2015 ranking, which appeared in the magazine’s special edition: “List of the leading German business law firms”.

The PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH is growing and has opened their 42nd branch office in Singen (Baden-Württemberg).

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has won the European CEO Award 2015 in the “Best Insolvency Advisors” category. The prize for this category was awarded for the first time this year. The PLUTA was given this award in recognition of its exceptional expertise in this field.

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH won the title of Germany’s “Insolvency & Restructuring Law Firm of the Year” at this year’s ACQ Global Awards.

Mr. Michael Pluta, member of the Gravenbruch Circle since March 2012, has once more succeeded in meeting the “InsO Excellence” requirements for the Ulm and Stuttgart offices.

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, member of the international network BTG Global Advisory, will in future increase their efforts to also offer international services for cross-border restructuring. “The network used to focus on insolvency administration, but nowadays the important pre-insolvency restructuring has been added to the range of services offered by BTG GA,” explained Dr. Martin Prager, who is responsible for PLUTA’s international business operations.

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH occupies one of the top places in the current INDat-Report statistics, having worked on as many as 74 corporate insolvency proceedings in the first quarter of 2015.
