In the insolvency proceedings for Geiger technologies GmbH, the insolvency administrator Dr. Martin Prager from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH paid a gross amount of over EUR 1 million to more than 900 former employees just before Christmas. The administrator had to pay part of this amount directly into the social security funds and to the Inland Revenue. On average, each employee received a net amount of approximately EUR 800.

In the insolvency proceedings for Versand und Weiterverarbeitung Hagen GmbH, the insolvency administrator Dr. Christian Kaufmann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, has achieved a solution for the staff. This followed long and intensive negotiations with the only customer about concrete arrangements for the future collaboration. These successful negotiations were the basis for ensuring that at least 150 of the 250 people previously employed will also have a job in the future. The new service providers, PPL Service GmbH from Ludwigshafen and SOS Effektive-Service GmbH, a member of the Hanover-based Tabel Group, have in the meantime offered employment to 151 people, thus saving the majority of the jobs.

In their today’s meeting, the creditors gave their thumbs-up to the future of TFI GmbH. Following a three-year continuation of operations as part of the insolvency proceedings, the experienced restructuring expert, Mr. Florian Zistler from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, succeeded in selling the business assets of TFI GmbH.

With its decision of 16 November 2015, the Local Court of Munich appointed the restructuring expert Mr. Stephan Ammann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the provisional insolvency administrator of Ludwig Maul GmbH & Co. KG.

Insolvency administrator Dr. Christian Kaufmann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has awarded staff at druckservice duisburg medienfabrik GmbH & Co. KG the first partial payment of their social plan benefits. The partial settlement amounts to 50% of the benefits set out in the social plan. Within the framework of the proceedings, Dr. Kaufmann succeeded in selling the company’s machines for a very good price, thus increasing the insolvency estate.

Restructuring expert Dr. Christian Kaufmann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH and Mr. Tobias Kersten from FIDES Corporate Finance GmbH have found a long-term solution for Winter Holzbau GmbH together with the company’s Board of Directors. With effect from 1 October 2015, a Hamburg-based group of investors will take over the business operations of Winter Holzbau GmbH as part of an asset deal. Maschinenbau und Plastverarbeitung GmbH (MPS) has made an application to the Local Court of Halle (Saale) for insolvency proceedings to be opened for their assets. Following the decision taken on the previous day, the Local Court ordered preliminary insolvency administration and appointed Dr. Stephan Thiemann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the temporary insolvency administrator. The mechanical engineering company receives legal advice from the attorney Mr. Thomas Mulansky from the KPMG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, who will work closely together with the temporary insolvency administrator.

The sole proprietorship Andreas Ellrich will acquire the company’s assets, thus ensuring the long-term existence and the continuity of the business operations.

The insolvency administrator, Mr. Michael Pluta from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, has sold the Stuttgart-based company nicko cruises to Mystic Invest SGPS, SA, a Portuguese holding company which operates tours and river cruises.

The assets of the Burgrieden-based company Eggert GmbH were sold to Eggert CNC-Technik GmbH & Co. KG with effect from 1 July 2015. This meant that the chief restructuring officer, Ms. Martina Hengartner, managed to save the jobs and secure the future of the production site in Burgrieden.

Insolvency administrator Mr. Michael Pluta from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has succeeded in selling the business operations of the Hirschberg-based company KPS AG. The pertinent purchase agreement has already been signed and is effective from 1 July 2015.

The insolvency administrator Michael Pluta from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH succeeded in finding a buyer for the plastering company Beck located in Bopfingen. The buyer of the company is Franz Traub GmbH & Co. KG from Aalen. All 15 members of staff will be kept on. The acquisition will be effective from 1 July 2015. It has been agreed that the purchase price will not be published.

The temporary insolvency administrator, Mr. Michael Pluta, came to a positive initial conclusion one week after giving notification of combining the tours offered by nicko cruises, the specialist for river cruises.

Insolvency administrator Mr. Michael Pluta has succeeded in selling AdMould Werkzeugbau GmbH. The buyer is the Austrian POLYTEC GROUP, the headquarters of the listed POLYTEC HOLDING AG being based in Hörsching.

The two remaining sites of the Friesenhof Child and Youth Care Institution are to be closed down. The “Töchterhaus Charlottenhof” in Hedwigenkoog and the “Dithmarscher Haus” in Wesselburen will cease operations by the end of this week. The closure of the sites has been approved by the temporary insolvency administrator, Mr. Christian Heim from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH.

The Friesenhof Child and Youth Care Institution has filed for insolvency. The Local Court of Meldorf appointed Christian Heim from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the temporary insolvency administrator on 5 June 2015. Barbara Janssen, who runs the Child and Youth Care Institution, had applied for insolvency.

Yesterday, the Local Court of Mannheim opened the insolvency proceeding for the assets of the company KPS AG from Hirschberg. Restructuring expert Michael Pluta from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been continuing the business operations of KPS AG successfully for almost two months now.

As part of the debtor-in-possession proceedings for EITEL GmbH & Co. KG, the restructuring expert Stephan Ammann succeeded in finding a buyer for the Weiden branch: MGS Motor Gruppe Sticht GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Bayreuth.

The insolvency administrator Holger Ch. Buehler from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has succeeded in finding a solution for the insolvent truckstop in Himmelkron. Long negotiations with prospective buyers had previously been conducted. Euro Rastpark GmbH & Co. KG from Regensburg has acquired both the hereditary building right and the property.

nicko cruises, the Stuttgart-based specialist for river cruises, will pay travel agencies the commission agreed for new bookings from 6 May. This decision has been taken by the company’s temporary insolvency administrator, Mr. Michael Pluta.

The insolvency administrator Dr. Stephan Laubereau from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has succeeded in finding a buyer for the Lohrey Clinic. Thanks to the insolvency plan proceedings he can transfer the rehabilitation clinic free of debt to the new owner.

nsolvency administrator Mirko Möllen from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has sold the assets of the company EUROPATENT Gesellschaft für europäischen Patentdienst GmbH & Co. OHG to the newly created EUROPATENT GmbH with effect from 1 May 2015. This means that the company’s name will be kept.
