PLUTA listed in Global Restructuring Review as one of the Top 100 Restructuring Firms

This year, the journal Global Restructuring Review (GRR) has once more included PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH in their TOP 100 list of internationally operating restructuring firms. The GRR 100 list was first published in 2017.

The companies to be listed are determined in an analysis process spanning a period of eight months and involving comprehensive questionnaires. Once per year, the editorial team presents the lists of firms which stand out for their excellent skills in dealing with cross-border restructuring projects and in insolvency proceedings.

According to this list, PLUTA is one of the 100 leading companies in the field of restructuring on an international scale. The journal refers to such cases as the insolvency of AirBerlin, which involved PLUTA experts providing support for the proceedings in Spain. Further international proceedings mentioned by GRR include the insolvency cases of the global fashion company Basler, the pet accessories wholesaler Karlie and Duisburg Tubes Production, a manufacturer of special products for the nuclear industry. The names mentioned by the journal in this context include those of the managing directors of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, namely Mr Michael Pluta as the founder, Dr Maximilian Pluta as head of the restructuring business unit and Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt as the coordinator of PLUTA’s activities in the international network BTG Global Advisory.
