BTG Global Advisory expands to France

29 October 2015 · Ulm

The international network BTG Global Advisory, of which PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been a member for many years, is still growing. The latest member is the French company Zalis SAS, which specialises in restructuring and turnaround management. Now the network of independent insolvency and restructuring companies has seven members worldwide.

The Paris-based company Zalis has a staff of approximately 30 employees and, in addition to its headquarters, has further offices in Toulouse and in New York. The managing directors are Daniel Cohen and Harry Cohen-Bensimon. On the French domestic market, Zalis is currently in second place in the corporate restructuring sector.

“We are really happy to welcome such a successful company as a new member of BTG Global Advisory,” commented Dr. Martin Prager, who is responsible for PLUTA’s international business. Ivo-Meinert Willrodt, who is in charge of collaboration with the network at PLUTA, explained: “Zalis has excellent expertise and will extend the knowledge base of our network even further.”
