Award for PLUTA as Insolvency and Restructuring Law Firm of the Year

PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH won the title of Germany’s “Insolvency & Restructuring Law Firm of the Year” at this year’s ACQ Global Awards.

This was the tenth time that this award has been given, and this year PLUTA won the title in recognition of their great achievements in the field of insolvency administration and restructuring. The internationally operating law firm with 35 branches in Germany was given the prestigious award for the outstanding quality of their services.

“This prize is an affirmation of our ambitious work, which also has international recognition. It is not only an award for our company, but for every single member of staff," explained Mr. Michael Pluta, Managing Director and Founder of the law firm.

The prize is awarded by the international M&A publication, ACQ magazine, and the ACQ5 news portal. Participation in the award is subject to an independent nomination process. The winner is selected by the readers.
