German automotive supplier Allgaier files for insolvency

German automotive supplier Allgaier has filed for insolvency, a year after being sold to a Chinese investor. The court appointed Fritz Zanker from the law firm PLUTA as the provisional insolvency administrator. International media also report on the proceedings.
