The Insolvency Administrator Mr. Florian Zistler finds a long-term Solution for Fliesen Ellrich

The insolvency administrator, Mr. Florian Zistler from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, has found a solution for Fliesen Ellrich GmbH in Pfronten. The sole proprietorship Andreas Ellrich will acquire the company’s assets, thus ensuring the long-term existence and the continuity of the business operations.

The meeting of creditors gave their approval to the purchase contract at the Local Court of Kempten today. The insolvency administrator Mr. Zistler explained, “By selling the enterprise, we have achieved the best solution for everyone concerned.” During the insolvency proceedings, not a single employee had to be made redundant.

Fliesen Ellrich GmbH got into dire straits as a result of a major payment default. The managing director of the insolvent company now runs an enterprise with the legal form of a sole proprietorship and continues to enjoy the full support and trust of the customers.
