Restructuring Expert Mr. Florian Zistler sells TFI to C & P Group GmbH

In their today’s meeting, the creditors gave their thumbs-up to the future of TFI GmbH. Following a three-year continuation of operations as part of the insolvency proceedings, the experienced restructuring expert, Mr. Florian Zistler from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, succeeded in selling the business assets of TFI GmbH. The buyer is the newly formed C & P Group GmbH in Roßhaupten, Germany, part of the American C&P Additives Group from Florida.

All 12 employees will be kept on. Continuing operations even involved creating new jobs. TFI was able to increase the amount of machinery at their disposal and create new business relations worldwide, thus laying the foundations for a successful future.

The company from Roßhaupten near Kempten specialises in producing additives for the food industry. The company has a customer base spread all over the world from Australia to Russia. “On account of the company’s international activities and the special market environment, they were faced with many legal and economic challenges, which we managed to overcome together with the Board of Directors,” commented Florian Zistler. “Selling TFI is the best solution for both the company and the creditors.”
