Download as PDFGood news for the customers of the H&H Touristik Group. Following intensive discussions with all those involved, the PLUTA restructuring experts announce that it will now also be possible for the trips starting on or before 30 April 2019 to go ahead. This applies to all trips travellers booked via H&H Touristik, galavital and Travel Direkt, which can take place thanks to the support provided by the insurer HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung AG.
The companies in the H&H Touristik Group have been involved in insolvency proceedings since the beginning of February 2019. Mr Michael Pluta, Mr Heinz-Joachim Hombach and Mr Rainer Bachert from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH are acting as provisional administrators.
“In the past few days, we have held very good talks. The result is very positive for all those concerned, as we are able to ensure that the trips can go ahead up until the end of April 2019,” said Mr Michael Pluta.
It may, nevertheless, become necessary for some of the booked trips to be cancelled in individual cases, especially tours to Turkey, near the Belek region. The travellers concerned will be contacted beforehand by the team in these cases.
In the event of questions, travellers can call the hotline established for this case, which is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00:
