The Local Court of Düsseldorf ordered the proceedings on 8 May and appointed the restructuring expert Mr Michael Bremen as the provisional administrator.
The full scope of business operations is being continued, which has been approved by the administrator. At present, the company has a workforce of 13 employees whose salaries are guaranteed thanks to the insolvency substitute benefits.
fidis finanz- und daten-informations services GmbH was founded in the year 2000. The company develops and sells SAP-based (SAP R/3 FI) software for processing data and documents for the factoring and ABS (Asset Backed Securities) business segments of financial service providers on a worldwide scale. The customers are domestic and foreign factoring companies, (savings) banks and major companies.
The management board and the provisional insolvency administrator Mr Michael Bremen are optimistic about the chances of restructuring the company and maintaining operations on account of the software’s SAP-relevance and depth of functionality.
