The insolvency administrator Mr Mirko Möllen from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH successfully completed the process of finding an investor for the shipping company Hans Peter Dusch GmbH Transporte und Spedition.
With effect from 11 November 2016, the company’s shipping activities were integrated into the Eberl Group. The ten employees still working at the company will be kept on. The shipping company Eberl Internationale Spedition GmbH & Co. KG is based in Aiging near Traunstein and is an owner-run SME, which has been operating as a forwarding agent, carrier and outsourcing service provider in the shipping and logistics field for more than 40 years. By integrating the shipping company Dusch, the Eberl Group is continuing its expansion strategy and consolidating its market presence in the European inland transport sector.
“I am delighted that we were able to continue business operations at all times and succeeded in finding a solution for the company within a short space of time. This success shows how important it is for everybody involved to pull together,” commented the restructuring expert Mirko Möllen.
Dusch had to file for insolvency in mid-September, whereupon the Local Court of Traunstein appointed Mr Möllen as the provisional insolvency administrator. When the insolvency proceedings were opened on 11 November, Mirko Möllen was appointed as the insolvency administrator.
