PLUTA Expert Frank Mößle sells DeSisti Lighting

Mr Frank Mößle from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has sold the assets of DeSisti Lighting GmbH to an investor with effect from 31 March 2016. At the end of July 2015, the Local Court of Mainz had opened insolvency proceedings based on the company’s application for insolvency following the unexpected death of their managing director at that time.

The restructuring expert Frank Mößle succeeded in continuing business operations without any stoppages and making the enterprise profitable. According to the auditor Frank Mößle, “It was an important requirement that business operations continued smoothly so that we could successfully find an investor.”

DeSisti Lighting GmbH is based in Mainz-Hechtsheim and was the German distribution and subsidiary company of DeSisti Italy. The group of companies has been operating in the area of professional lighting technology for more than 30 years and equips television studios all over the world. The investor will continue to distribute DeSisti lighting technology in Germany in future.
