Mr. Stephan Ammann is the provisional Insolvency Administrator of the Outdoor Clothing Manufacturer Maul

With its decision of 16 November 2015, the Local Court of Munich appointed the restructuring expert Mr. Stephan Ammann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the provisional insolvency administrator of Ludwig Maul GmbH & Co. KG.

High financial liabilities from the past have put the outdoor clothing manufacturer under such pressure that filing for insolvency was unavoidable.

The Munich-based company has a workforce of 33 employees. Their salaries are secure for a period of three months thanks to the so-called insolvency substitute benefits.

Ludwig Maul GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1948. Since the 1990s, the company has been concentrating on manufacturing high-quality outdoor clothing. The company has their own pattern makers and is well known for their fashionable and functional textiles. Maul supplies a variety of retailers both in Germany and abroad. Apart from Germany, these are mainly sports shops in Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
